Went to bed a tad early last night and slept well. Warmed up, stretched, and did lower body exercises.
Took the dog for a 4 mile trail run, and followed up with a solo repeat get up to 8 miles. Feet were a bit tired, so tried hard to keep a good form. Kept a 7:53/mi pace.
