Easy Run (4.12mi)

Pressed for time, I went with the dog for a quick trail run.

Took a quick "out-and-back" course on the trails with the pup.  She's getting pretty good at trail running now, so we averaged an 8:00/mi pace.  I decided to walk her the last bit home, so that she could be properly introduced to one of the neighborhood dogs.
