Intervals (8.3mi)

Warmed up with the pup, before getting some 1/2 mile intervals.

Weight: 137.5 lbs
Time: 62 min

Went to bed too close to 9pm, and got woken up in the middle of the night by wife's employee texting her that he couldn't work.  Still, didn't feel too bad when I got up.

Did my warm up exercises, followed by stretching and lower body cross training.

Took the dog for a warm up run around the neighborhood.  Took her home, then went out to the soccer field and ran:

8 x 100m striders (w/100m cool downs)
6 x 800m intervals (w/200m cool downs)

Ran home for a cool down.

I didn't do too badly for the first three intervals, or the last one.  Numbers four and five were way too slow, but I'm not too concerned with speed right now.
