Tempo Run (8mi)

Went out for another solo run while the dog heals from her surgery.  With less than a week before my next race, I didn't push too hard.

Weight: 140 lbs
Time: 60 min

Since I slept in so late on Sunday, I didn't bother with a nap during the day.  I got to sleep at a good time, but woke up for short periods during the night.  After warming up and stretching I did push ups, pull ups, and upper body cross training.

Had an easy couple of miles for the warm up before speeding up for a three mile tempo session at a 6:18/mi pace.  Cooled down for about three miles before finishing.
