Getting a bit more active and took the dog for a trail run/walk intervals.

Napped after lunch and got to bed before 8:45pm. I slept hard, and will probably need to keep an early schedule for the rest of the week. After warming up I stretched, and did lower body cross training.
Kept to the 4 mile course from yesterday, but did 8 min/2 min run/walk intervals. Never got any faster than a 9:30/mi pace during the run sessions. Interestingly, this actually was less painful than the walking sessions. However, the downhills were always uncomfortable.
Tomorrow I plan on sticking with the run/walk intervals, but extending the mileage. I'm not sure if I'll have any specific pace in mind.
