Took the dog for a short warm up before doing a tempo run.

Didn't get a nap in yesterday, and was pretty tapped out for a good portion of the day. I did go to bed at a good time and got plenty of sleep. We'll have to see if I need to catch up any more. After warming up and stretching I did push ups, pull ups, and upper body cross training.
It was rainy again today, so I wasn't sure how much effort I wanted to exert. I took the dog for a two mile warm up that was pretty slow, but probably necessary. After that I did a three mile tempo section averaging a 6:15/mi pace, which wasn't too bad. Did a mellow, but kind of swift, cool down.
