Stomach was OK for most of yesterday until the late afternoon, when it felt like I got kicked. I took a pill and it cleared up by bedtime, so I slept just fine. Woke up just fine, but will try to increase my water intake to see if drinking water whenever I eat will help. Anyhow, I got through my upper body exercise routine.
Took the dog out for a slightly shorter run, since I wanted to run faster than yesterday. After I got her back to the house I went back out and reran the same course to get my total mileage up to 8 miles. Overall I pulled off a 7:20/mi pace.
