Saturday Run (8mi)

Got a chance to get a good Saturday trail run without the dog.

Time: 65 min

Slept in a little bit this morning, mostly because the change in season means that the sun is rising much later in the morning.  Convinced my wife to take the dog on a walk so that I could do an uninterrupted trail run.  Did my tough "mini-XTerra" route and averaged an 8:03/mi pace.
