Skipped cross training today since I'm still dealing with some stomach cramping. Otherwise, I felt pretty good today.
Warmed up with 1 mile run to the soccer fields, followed by 8 x 100 m striders (w/100 m cool downs.) After that, we ran 6 x 400 m intervals w/200 m cool downs. Finished up with an easy run back home.
Very cool and damp today. The dog did a great job today, and actually kept up for all of the intervals, staying close to a 5:40/mi pace. During the cool downs we were actually able to keep from dropping to a walk. I'm looking forward to seeing how she does with 1/2 mile intervals next week.
