VERY rainy today, so we stayed on the sidewalks for a short warm up with the dog followed by a longer solo run.

Got enough sleep last night, but it was erratic due to cramps again. As per my Dr I'll be stopping my thyroid meds for a week to see if that helps. Anyway, I got through my warm up, stretches, and upper body cross training. Took the dog for a quick 2 mile loop around the neighborhood. After that I went back out for another 6 miles or so. Averaged a 7:31/mi pace.
