I took it easy, while the dog got a longer run today. Skipped my other exercises.

Got more sleep last night, but I still wanted to keep it mellow on my second day back to training. After warming up and stretching, I skipped my cross training and got right to the run. The dog was pretty mellow as well, and she definitely got a good work out going the full 6 miles.
No issues with pain today, which is a nice change for starting a new training period. I'll just try to keep myself honest and take walk breaks if I feel like anything is getting overworked.
