A good run today, with the dog keeping up easily. Still managing to get cross training done.

Started with push ups, pull ups, and upper body cross training. The dog was amped to get to the trails. We were able to average an 8:11/mi pace.
Did well, considering we ran a pretty fast intervals session yesterday. I got pulled off of a normal stride by the dog a couple of times, so I did get some knee and ankle pain later in the day. Overall, though, I think I'll be able to run more miles next week.
