Got a short nap yesterday, but went to bed a little late. After warming up and stretching, I did push ups, pull ups, and upper body cross training.
Took the dog out for a 2 mile loop, and the new pull collar helped with her pulling. After dropping her off at home I went back out for another 6 miles. Overall, I pulled off a 7:35/mi pace.
