Went for a neighborhood run with the dog.

Should have gone to bed earlier. Slept around 8 hours, but could use more. After warming up and stretching I did lower body cross training.
Took the dog out for a 2 mile run, and ran a slow pace. After I got her back to the house I went back out and ran another 6 miles. Kept it easy and pulled off a 8:34/mi pace.
