Went for a slightly faster neighborhood run with the dog.

Still sleeping well, but still catching up. After warming up & stretching I did push ups, pull ups, and upper body cross training.
Took the dog out for a 2 mile run, and ran faster than yesterday. After I got her back to the house I went back out and ran another 6 miles to get my total mileage up to 8 miles. Overall I pulled off a 7:41/mi pace.
