Still getting caught up on my sleep, which is going more slowly than I'd hope. After warming up and stretching I did push ups, pull ups, and upper body cross training.
It was pretty cold again today, so I wore my arm warmers as well as gloves. I took it very easy during my warm up, but still ended up averaging an 8:01/mi pace.
