Easy Run (2mi)

Compensating for over training by keeping to a short run with the dog.

I slept okay, but am still feeling tired.  My resting heart rate was also a bit high, around 65 BPM.

After warming up and stretching I did some lower body cross training.  Not wanting the dog to miss out on exercise, as well as my own running OCD, convinced me to get out for a short loop around the neighborhood.
