Intervals (5.3mi) 3/11/2010

Took the dog for a warm up, followed by short intervals.
Weight: 135.5 lbsTime: 44 min

Keeping things simple this week, with only a few days until my race.  Ran a couple of miles with the dog, then dropped her at home.  Ran to the soccer fields and ran the following:

8 x 100m striders (w/100m cool down)
4 x 200m (w/100m cool down)

Cooled down with an easy run back home.
