Tempo Run (8.1mi) 3/1/2010

Took the dog for a warm up run, followed by a reduced tempo run.

Weight: 138 lbs
Time: 64 min

After warming up, I did push ups, pull ups, and upper body cross training.  Ran the dog for a couple of miles, the went back out for a three mile tempo run.

Reducing the mileage some more to prepare for this weekend's race.  Kept my speed work a bit mellow as well, keeping a 6:11/mi pace.  Followed up with a long cool down run.
