Easy Run (6.4mi)

Took the (very reluctant) dog for a short run, then continued on my own.

Weight: 136.5 lbs
Time: 51 min

Slept better last night, but started to wake up earlier than I wanted.  Warmed up, stretched, and did push ups, pull ups, and upper body cross training.

The dog was very excitedly playing with a squirrel, so she didn't want to go running at first.  We finally got going, and she was very hyper.

I've decided to work more on training the dog during the runs.  I meant making more stops to get her back in heel position, but I think it will help in the long run.  She's already more attentive to keep from getting yanked when I slow down.

After dropping the dog at home, I went back out and ran another few miles to get my total mileage up.
