Tempo Run (9.3mi)

Pushing myself to get back to my normal schedule with a short run with the dog, followed by a fast paced tempo run.

Went to bed after 11pm last night, so I felt pretty wiped out this morning. Some yogurt & coffee helped a bit with that.  After warming up I stretched and did push ups, pull ups, and other upper body exercises. Took the dog for a mellow warm up. After that I did my usual tempo route, not sure at first how hard I wanted to push myself. Ended up averaging a 6:05/mi pace before cooling down for a bit more than 3 miles.
