Easy Run (10.5mi)

I took the dog out for a warm up before hitting the trails.

Weight: 138 lbs
Time: 80 min

Got a short nap yesterday, and went to bed on time.  After warming up and stretching, I did push ups, pull ups, and upper body cross training.

Took the dog out for a 2 mile loop.  After dropping her off at home I went back out for another 8 miles.  Overall, I pulled off a 7:41/mi pace.

Taking naps during the middle of the day seems to be helping me keep up on my needed rest.  My training is getting a bit easier because of it.
