Run/Walk (6.25mi)

Did a run/walk with the dog.

Weight: 137 lbs
Time: 57 min

After warming up and stretching I did push ups, pull ups, and upper body cross training.  Took the dog for a loop around the neighborhood, then did a 4 mile segment on the trails.

My ankle is feeling pretty good, but I'm going to stick with the rest intervals for at least another day.
