Saturday Run/Walk (12mi)

Did a trail run/walk session.

Weight: 137.5 lbs
Time: 103 min

Warmed up and stretched before heading out to the park with a bottle of Gu2O

It was very windy and kind of warm.  Once again, my goal was just to get the mileage done, without going for any particular time.  I was able to get through the session without my ankle being a problem.  I'm still planning on taking it easier on Monday.
