Tempo Run (8.1mi)

Starting a new training schedule with a short run with the dog, followed by a fast paced tempo run.

Weight: 137 lbs
Time: 60 min

Went to bed before 9pm, but was still tired from the previous few days. I warmed up, stretched, and did push ups, pull ups, and upper body cross training. Took the dog for a mellow warm up. After that I did my usual tempo route, but didn't push very hard. Ended up averaging a 6:12/mi pace before cooling down for around 3 miles.
