Recovery Run (8.4mi)

Went for a neighborhood run with the dog.

Weight: 137 lbs
Time: 69 min

Getting more sleep, which is starting to make me feel better.  After warming up & stretching I did lower body cross training.

Took the dog out for a 2 mile run, and ran a slow pace. After I got her back to the house I went back out and ran another 6 miles.  Kept it easy and pulled off a 8:18/mi pace.

During yesterday's run it felt like I had overworked my left gluteal.  Today it felt a little weak, so I might end up taking it easier for another day or two.
