Easy Run/Walk (6.1mi)

I took the dog out for an easy run/walk session.

Weight: 137.5 lbs
Time: 62 min

Got a short nap yesterday, and went to bed on time.  After warming up and stretching, I did push ups, pull ups, and upper body cross training.

Yesterday's tempo run was a little too much for my left leg, so I took it easy today.  Did 8 minute run/2 minute walk intervals.  That helped get my muscles warmed up without much exertion.
