Hill Climbs (8.1mi)

Left the dog behind to rest while I did some hill training.

Weight: 137 lbs
Time: 65 min

Skipped my run on Wednesday to allow for getting the dog to her early vet appointment.  Stuck to push ups, pull ups, and upper body cross training.

Napped after lunch, but got to bed late last night.  Didn't sleep that well.  After warming up and stretching I did lower body cross training.

After warming up for a bit under two miles I did six intervals of 1/2 mile hill climbing.  I was more consistent than previous weeks, but wasn't that fast.  I was less concerned with speed anyway.
