Treadmill Intervals (6.25mi)

Took the dog for a quick warm up run, then hopped onto the treadmill for some speed intervals.

Weight: 136.5 lbs
Time: 56 min

Napped after lunch, and got to bed at a decent time last night.  Slept pretty hard again, but woke up a bit better rested than yesterday.  After warming up I stretched and did lower body cross training.

Did an easy neighborhood run with the dog for a warm up.  The rain had stopped for a little bit, but everything was soaked.  All of the trails and even the park had signs stating that they were closed.  I wouldn't have set foot on either anyway.

After getting back home with the dog I used the treadmill to run the following:

8 x 20 sec @ 10 MPH (with 40 sec cool downs)
6 x 90 sec @ 10 MPH (with 90 sec cool downs)

I finished up with a 10 min cool down @ 6 MPH.
