Post Race Recovery Run/Walk (6.2mi)

The dog and I took a longer run/walk interval session.

Weight: 137 lbs
Time: 59 min

Napped after lunch and got to bed around 8:30pm.  Slept alright for the most part, but had some interruptions the last couple of hours.  After warming up I stretched, and did upper body cross training.

Felt much better today.  It was raining so I stayed off the trails, but picked up my pace since my quadriceps felt nearly back to normal.  Never pushed it passed an 8:30/mi pace, often going even slower during the run sessions.

Not sure yet what I'm going to do tomorrow.  I might do some speed work, but nothing too long or fast.  The soccer field will be too wet still, and I'm not wanting to give up on the run/walk intervals yet.
