Hill Intervals (6.9mi)

Took the dog for a short run/walk session before doing some hill intervals.
Weight: 137 lbs
Time: 58 min

Napped after lunch and got to bed around 8:30pm and slept deeply.  After warming up I stretched, and did lower body cross training.

No rain this morning, but a good bit of wind.  Took the dog for a two mile loop before heading back out to do some hill work.  Did four repeats of a half mile heading up a good sized hill and then back down.

In the future I'll probably do this sort of routine on my "long" days, most likely Wednesdays.
