Striders (4.7mi)

Went for a short run with the dog, followed by some striders.
Weight: 137 lbs
Time: 41 min

Napped after lunch and got to sleep at a good time last night.  After warming up and stretching I did push ups, pull ups, and upper body cross training.

Took the dog out for a slow paced run.  Afterward I went to the soccer fields and did 8 x 200m striders (w/100m cool downs.)  Finished up with a run back home.
