Recovery Run/Walk (6.2mi)

The dog and I took a run/walk interval session before I continued on the trails.

Weight: 137 lbs
Time: 54 min

Napped after lunch and got to bed around 8:30pm and slept heavily.  After warming up I stretched, and did upper body cross training.

My legs were a bit sore last night from the hill work, but were feeling much better by the time I started my run.
