Tempo Run (8.2mi)

Warmed up with a short run with the dog, followed by a tempo run.

Time: 60 min

Napped after lunch yesterday, which helped a lot with my usual tiredness.  Slept well last night, but I should try getting to bed closer to 8pm this week.  I warmed up, stretched, and lower body cross training.  Took the dog for a mellow warm up.  After that I did my usual tempo route and kept to a 6:07/mi pace before cooling down for around 3 miles.
